We switch Nighthawk wireless customers to fiber optic internet for a small price when the fiber optics is installed in your area. No rate change, and quicker speeds. We will keep any old equipment used for wireless internet.

We switch customers from other internet providers to our service once fiber optics is installed in your area. Call us today to begin the process!
Miscellaneous
ON SITE Technical Support
There is a $50 minimum. $50/30 min. If the problem is with the customer's equipment, then the customer will be charged. If the problem is with our equipment, the customer will not be charged.
*If there has been damage made to our equipment by the customer, then there will be a charge.*
PHONE Technical Support
There is a $25 minimum. $25/30 min. If the technician is unable to help troubleshoot over the phone, a site visit may need to be scheduled.
*If it becomes an on-site service call, the customer will be billed at an additional $50/hour.*
New Router Installation

Additional Static IP Address
If you are in need of a secondary IP address for a specific reason, please contact us. We will assign a unique and permanent IP address for each customer. There will be an additional $25 charge on your monthly invoice.
